Locked out?
Custodial Services unlocks classrooms on a regular schedule when classes are in session and for classroom reservations approved for weekends or evenings.
Weekdays lock outs during the quarter:
- If the room is locked on a weekday during the day (M-Th 8am-11pm, F 8am-5pm), call Custodial Front Desk at 831-459-2163 (if no one is available call 831-459-4444).
Weekend or evening lockouts:
- If the reserved classroom is locked on weekends or evenings, call Campus Dispatch at 831-459-4861.
Technology problem?
Report classroom technology problems as soon as possible.
Call the Classroom Technology Hotline: (831) 459-5858 (number is also posted on the classroom media cabinet) or contact ITS.
Scheduling problems or questions?
Class meeting: Please reach out to your department’s scheduling administrator to assist you with facilitating a change in location of your classroom.
Classroom reservation scheduling issues: Please reach out to classrm@ucsc.edu.
Cleanliness or furniture problems?
Contact the Work Order Desk if you are experiencing problems with missing or broken furniture, physical issues with the classroom, or issues related to the state of cleanliness.
